Caribbean GirlLUXURY CHARTERS
Booking Terms Summary
This is a summary of the key terms and conditions; please refer to the official version immediately following this section for full details. We want your experience to be seamless and stress-free. Below are the most important things to know before your charter.
Booking & Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your date
- If your date is further than 6 months, an initial 25% down deposit is due, with an additional 25% due two months before charter date
- Your date is not reserved until a deposit is received
- Full payment must be completed before boarding
- Credit card/PayPal payments must be made at least 5 days prior
- Venmo payments must be made at least 24 hours prior
- Cash is accepted at the dock
- It is not the crew’s responsibility to remind you about final payment. Please complete it as instructed and have cash ready for the crew before boarding.
- All payments require accurate customer details, and for full payments made within 5 days of the charter (without a prior deposit), the payment must match the person listed on the invoice. Invoices may be updated prior to payment if needed for accuracy
- Extra time is arranged with the Tour Designer and paid on board when you ask — by the card machine, Venmo or PayPal friends-and-family, or cash — before the extra time begins. If no extension is arranged, the charter will conclude at the scheduled return time. Delays beyond the scheduled end time may result in additional fees.
Cash is always welcome and preferred for balances. Depending on the activities and add-ons you have chosen, a portion of your final balance may be required in cash, because some of the local providers for those extras are paid in cash. We will let you know the amount at the time of invoice. A deposit is required to book every charter. If you would like to pay your deposit in cash, we can arrange to meet you near Rodney Bay Marina to collect it.
Cancellations
- More than 6 weeks: Full deposit refund
- 10 days – 6 weeks: Deposit becomes a future credit
- Less than 10 days: No deposit refund. Between 7 and 10 days, the remaining balance may still be due. Inside 7 days, including the day before and the day of the charter, the remaining balance is due in full. A future credit may be offered at the company’s discretion.
- No-shows: Non-refundable, and the full balance remains due
-
If the Coast Guard issues a severe weather warning and grounds the boats, you choose another open day or a full refund. If we must cancel for mechanical or safety reasons, the same choice is yours. Rain alone is not a reason to cancel and earns no refund.
Refunds will not be issued solely on the basis of a guest’s personal preferences, subjective expectations, or opinion of the charter’s quality, provided the booked vessel and contracted services were substantially delivered as described. - Cancellations must be made by phone. Emails and texts do not count.
Arrival & Timing
- Please arrive on time and ready to board
- Late arrivals or delays will reduce your charter time
- Charters still end at the scheduled time
-
If the operator causes any delays, you will be granted additional time at the end of the charter equal to the duration of the delay.
A guest’s request to return early does not constitute a cancellation or entitle the guest to a refund for unused charter time, provided the Company safely accommodates the request and remains ready and available to complete the contracted charter. - After a 15-minute grace period, a late return is charged an extra hour. If the late return runs into sunset and your charter returns anywhere other than Rodney Bay, the $250 sunset return fee is charged as well. Everything is settled on board before anyone leaves the boat.
Waiver Requirement
- All guests must sign a liability waiver before the charter
- Each guest must complete their own waiver
- The charter will not begin, and the vessel will not depart, until all required waivers are signed. At a congested cruise-ship dock, guests may be able to board while signatures are completed, but the vessel hovers — cruising time does not start until every waiver is signed, which may shorten the time spent cruising. Any guest who refuses to sign a waiver may not participate in the charter, and will not be taken back to the dock if already on board.
Onboard Guidelines
- Please remove shoes before boarding
- Bring towels and apply sunscreen before arrival – aerosol cans are not permitted aboard
- Follow all crew instructions for safety
- Respect the vessel and equipment
Conduct & Safety
- The captain has full authority over safety decisions
- Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund
- Alcohol consumption is at your own risk
Gratuity
- Gratuity is not included
- 10–20% is customary based on your experience
