This section gives you a simple snapshot of your charter experience, including what to expect on the day, general structure of your trip, and how your private charter operates. Every charter is custom and fully private, with final routing and activities subject to captain approval based on weather and safety conditions.

Departure & Pickup

All charters depart from the confirmed marina location provided in your booking confirmation.
  • Exact pickup details will be shared prior to your charter
  • Guests will be required to coordinate with crew before arrival
  • Alternative pickup arrangements may be made in certain cases and will be communicated in advance

Arrival Instructions

To ensure an on-time departure:
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early at the designated meeting spot
  • Guests should be ready to board upon arrival and text the crew when the entire party has arrived
  • Crew will meet or escort you to the vessel at the designated location
  • Late arrival may reduce total charter time

Contact Info

For day-of coordination:
  • Your primary crew contact will be provided before departure
  • WhatsApp is the required method of communication with the crew
  • Guests should call or message the crew the night before your charter and again upon arrival (once the entire party has arrived) for boarding instructions.

What to Bring

To ensure a comfortable experience onboard, we recommend:
  • Swimwear
  • Towels (unless otherwise provided)
  • Sunscreen (apply before leaving your hotel when possible)
  • Sunglasses & hats
  • Light cover-up or change of clothes
  • Any preferred snacks or beverages (if not already included or arranged)
Barefoot vessel notice: shoes must be removed before boarding.

Timing

Your charter operates on a designated scheduled timeframe.
  • Departure and return times are confirmed in advance
  • Late arrival, waiver delays, or payment issues may reduce charter time
  • The charter will still end at the originally scheduled time regardless of guest related delays
  • No additional time will be added for late boarding or guest related delays
  • If you’re enjoying your time at sea, additional hours can be added during the charter by contacting your tour designer for a payment link. Otherwise, your charter will return as scheduled. Additional fees may be incurred if the return is delayed.

To help your day run smoothly:
  • This is a private, curated experience—your itinerary is flexible but subject to captain approval
  • Safety instructions from crew must always be followed
  • Alcohol consumption should always be responsible
  • All guests must complete required waivers before participation
  • Please review all pre-trip emails carefully prior to arrival
