Booking Terms Summary
This is a summary of the key terms and conditions; please refer to the official version immediately following this
section for full details. We want your experience to be seamless and stress-free. Below are the most important things
to know before your charter.
Booking & Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your date
- If your date is further than 6 months, an initial 25% down deposit is due, with an additional 25% due two months before charter date
- Your date is not reserved until a deposit is received
- Full payment must be completed before boarding
- Credit card/PayPal payments must be made at least 5 days prior
- Venmo payments must be made at least 24 hours prior
- Cash is accepted at the dock
- It is not the crew’s responsibility to remind you about final payment. Please complete it as instructed and have cash ready for the crew before boarding.
- All payments require accurate customer details, and for full payments made within 5 days of the charter (without a prior deposit), the payment must match the person listed on the invoice. Invoices may be updated prior to payment if needed for accuracy
- Additional charter time may be purchased during your trip by contacting your tour designer for payment arrangements. If no extension is arranged, the charter will conclude at the scheduled return time. Delays beyond the scheduled end time may result in additional fees.
Cancellations
- More than 6 weeks: Full deposit refund
- 10 days – 6 weeks: Deposit becomes a future credit
- Less than 10 days: No deposit refund, credit may be offered at our discretion, full balance may be due
- No-shows: Non-refundable, full balance will be due
- Cancelations due to severe weather warnings and other safety concerns by the operator will receive a full refund or be rescheduled at our discretion
Arrival & Timing
- Please arrive on time and ready to board
- Late arrivals or delays will reduce your charter time
- Charters still end at the scheduled time
- If the operator causes any delays, you will be granted additional time at the end of the charter equal to the duration of the delay.
Waiver Requirement
- All guests must sign a liability waiver before the charter
- Each guest must complete their own waiver
- The charter cannot begin until all waivers are completed
Onboard Guidelines
- Please remove shoes before boarding
- Bring towels and apply sunscreen before arrival - aerosol cans are not permitted aboard
- Follow all crew instructions for safety
- Respect the vessel and equipment
Conduct & Safety
- The captain has full authority over safety decisions
- Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund
- Alcohol consumption is at your own risk
Gratuity
- Gratuity is not included
- 10–20% is customary based on your experience
