About Us

Our Mission Statement

“Today is the most important day of the year for these guests. Tomorrow, it will be the most important day of the year for the next guests. Every day on this boat is the most important day of the year for whoever is on board — and we treat every day exactly that way.”

That’s not just something we say — it’s how we run every single day. Our guests save for this day. It’s their birthday, their anniversary, their wedding day, their surprise proposal — the day the whole trip is built around. A day like that deserves everything we’ve got, and that’s exactly what it gets.

Island Girl

Island Girl is one boat, and she runs one charter a day — on purpose. Try to squeeze in more, and something has to give: the attention, the flexibility, or the time to have her professionally cleaned and shining between guests. Every guest deserves our very best, and that only happens when the day belongs to one group alone. It’s also how my personal touch stays on every charter — I couldn’t do that running a fleet. When you come aboard Island Girl, you’re never a booking in a rotation. You’re an honored guest, treated like family, and the day is all yours.

Island Girl herself was made for days like this. She’s a 47-foot luxury power catamaran — no mast, no sails, no rigging taking up the middle of the boat — so every deck is open, usable space. Wide decks, a shaded upper fly deck, and room for all 38 guests to spread out, gather, relax, and dance. She’s a beautiful boat. But ask our guests what they remember most, and they rarely start with the boat. They start with the people.

The Boat Sells Itself, But the Boat Is Only Part of the Story

The Crew

This crew was five years in the making, built person by person, until everyone aboard cared about your day as much as I do. Every one of them has spent a lifetime on the water — most started boating young and never left, some bring thirty years of experience — and all hold current certifications and licenses. Their attention, their service, their professionalism, their attitude: that’s the standard, every day. In five years, I have never had a single complaint about my crew. Not one. Read our reviews — it’s the crew our guests rave about.

From the Owner

Stacy driving the dinghy in Rodney Bay, St. Lucia

Hi, I’m Stacy! I’m from the United States, and I came to St. Lucia as a tourist and fell completely in love with it. Now I run my charter business here — and I’m still a tourist at heart, which is why every charter is the day I would have dreamed of for myself.

When you book with us, you deal with me personally — from the moment your inquiry comes in, through every message while we design your day, right up to the day you sail. Once you’ve inquired, you have my personal number, and questions get answered by me, quickly. No booking office, no runaround. Most of my guests are American, and there’s a comfort in planning a day this important with someone who just gets what you’re looking for — nothing gets lost along the way. I work long hours, evenings and weekends included, because that’s when you’re planning. That’s just how I believe this should work.

I treat every charter the way I’d want to be treated. If it were my day, I’d want it exactly my way — no start time picked for me, no return time picked for me, no small list of options just because that’s the way it’s always been done. Nobody wants to be put in a box — I don’t, and I don’t think most people do. So my booking has complete flexibility, because every person is different and everybody dreams a little differently. Making that dream day come true? That’s my favorite thing in the world.

And it doesn’t stop at the dock. Once we’re planning your charter, I’m happy to help with the rest of your vacation, too — the way I’d want someone who knew the island to help me. Where to eat, what’s happening while you’re here, what to bring, questions that have nothing to do with the boat — ask away. And if you need something I don’t offer, I’ll give you the direct contact information for people I know and trust, and you’ll hire them directly. A price that comes through me — a marina transfer, for example — is the same price you’d get calling them yourself. I don’t upcharge, and I don’t take commissions from local businesses. I’m a guest on their island, grateful every day to be here — and in appreciation, I like helping their businesses grow.

When I’m Aboard

Stacy, owner of Caribbean Girl Luxury Charters, with Island Girl anchored behind her

Some days need an owner’s eye — a chef on board, a technical itinerary, timing and details that benefit from my coordination. And sometimes a booking becomes a friendship before the boat ever leaves the dock; when those guests invite me to come along and my schedule allows, I am there. On those days, I love greeting everyone and giving the briefing — then I settle in below deck to work. Your day stays in my crew’s capable hands. When I can, I’ll pop up to visit, and lend a helping hand if I see it’s needed. And even when I’m not aboard, I’m still with you — if questions come up during your charter, I’m available by text. Some of my favorite people were guests on Island Girl before they were friends.

Every charter starts with our inquiry form. Tell us about your day — and let’s start building it.
