48 hours after deposit: Fully refundable
Up to 1 month before tour: 100% refund
30 days before: 50% refundable
14 days before: 25% refundable
7 days or less: Not refundable
No-shows: No refund or future credit
Exceptions made for medical emergencies with documentation. Cancellations due to weather or operational changes by the owner will be fully refunded.
