Booking & Cancellation Policy

• A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

• Payment methods accepted: Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash.

• Bookings are subject to 12.5% St. Lucia VAT.

• Cancellations must be made by phone.

Refunds for Day Charters:

Cancellation Policy

• More than 6 weeks before charter: Full refund of all deposits.
• Less than 6 weeks but more than 10 days: No refund; deposit will be applied as credit towards a future trip. You will not be responsible for the remaining balance.
• Less than 10 days before charter: No refund; you may be required to pay part or all of the remaining balance.
• No-shows: No refund or credit; full balance remains due.
• Medical emergencies: With proper documentation, future trip credit will be offered.
  Cancellations by owner due to weather or operational reasons: Full refund will be provided.
