Bookings are subject to 12.5% St. Lucia VAT.
Cancellations must be made by phone.
Refunds for Day Charters:
Full refund: Within 48 hours of booking
100% refund: Up to 30 days before the charter
50% refund: Up to 14 days before
25% refund: Up to 7 days before
No refund: Within 7 days or for no-shows
Exceptions made for medical emergencies (documentation required)
Full refund if charter is canceled by the operator due to weather or other unforeseen issues
