  If you need to cancel or change your Charter date, please notify us as soon as possible.

  * 6 weeks or more: Full refund

  * Less than6 weeks:50% of the invoice total is non-refundable

  What this means

  If you cancel with less than6 weeks’ notice and up to10 days before, your deposit will not be refunded, but you qualify for future trip credit. You will not be responsible for the outstanding balance. For cancellations with less than10 days, you may still owe part or all of the remaining amount, and future credit may still be available.

  * Life happens: However, no refunds or credits for no-shows. We’re sorry, your invoice balance will still be due.

  * Weather or Operational Changes: Cancellations due to weather or operational changes by the owner will be fully refunded.

  * Rescheduling: We may offer to reschedule your trip to a later date, subject to availability. Price changes may occur.
